Join us for a good time in Winnemucca, Nevada and show off your favorite cartoon character! We will have all kinds of activities planned for your enjoyment. We will have all our card and board games, beanbag baseball, horseshoes, bocce ball, washers, arts and crafts competition. We will also be bringing back your favorites theme parade. Friday morning coffee and donuts, ice cream social, a dinner and Saturday breakfast. All included in your registration fee! We will have a YABA DABA STEW Chapter Challenge Cook Off on Thursday proceeds from the judging kits go to our state charity.

This rally will be held at the Winnemucca Events Center. They have RV parking on site at a cost of $20 per night for water and 30 amp electricity (a few sites have 50 amp electricity). There is a dump station on site. Dry camping is also available on site at a cost of $25 for the entire event. They have full hook-up sites, however, they are farther away from the Events Center building and that may be a problem for those who use scooters. The cost for full hookups with sewer is $25 per night. If your group wants to be parked together, you will all need to choose which section you want to be parked in – dry, partial, or full. You will pay the NV Good Sam Treasurer in the events center when you pick up your registration (for camping fees see form) check must be made out to WEC.

Winnemucca is a window on the old west. Shopping is available and there are several restaurants and casinos for your enjoyment. Be sure to try Basque food while you are there. If you should arrive early we suggest the Winnemucca Historical Tour. Remember, our rallies are 4 days long. If you will be representing your chapter in the games for the spirit flag, you might want to arrive on Tuesday, September 19th. Games will start on Wednesday morning, September 20st and closing ceremonies will be Saturday night the 23th. DUE TO A ROPING EVENT AT THE EVENTS CENTER EARLY ARRIVAL CANNOT BE BEFORE MONDAY SEPTEMBER 18TH.

Vendors need to indicate what type of merchandise they offer on their registration form. The fee for a vendor booth is $15.00 for a 10’ x 10’ booth. If you will need more space, please ask for a double booth at $30.00. Vendor fees are waived for Nevada chapters conducting fundraisers. In exchange, they are asked to donate at least 50% of their proceeds to a charity of their choice.
